In FLOREJA e-shop, you can submit your wishes and requests concerned with handcrafted works of wood, clay or knitting under the rubric Forskellige Produkter. You can do so by filling a request form. Upon the receiving of your request, we will immediately try to find possible ways for implementation of your project, and we will calculate the price. You will receive the response by e-mail or to the phone number indicated by you.
You will receive an e-mail message containing a reference to the payment for your individual order.
Yes, all items can be returned back in their original packages within 14 days after the date of their receipt. A completed Return Form must be enclosed in the package. The Purchaser will assume all costs of the parcel’s return and insurance.
