FLOREJA ensures protection of information and personal privacy of its users, customers and website visitors provided to it directly or indirectly. Disposition of your information is performed in consideration of the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and the rules of its usage and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating administration and protection of private and public information.

On the grounds of this Privacy Policy, the FLOREJA administration is obliged to obey confidentiality and not to disclose the personal data to third parties unless this is required by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, in exceptional cases, when legal norms are violated in respect of other persons or this is not personal information.   

Personal data are collected for legal purposes and further administered under the methods concerned with these purposes.

When you visit the FLOREJA website, the non-personal (technical) information (IP (internet protocol address), type of web browser, operating system, date, time  of visit, number of visits and reference clicks)  is automatically collected. These data, which are non-identifying, can be used for technical improvement of the website.  

In the order form, we ask to present your contact information (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence, company information) and other information necessary for ordering and performance of a service. This personal information is used, when the need arises to contact the user or customer in the cases of information conveyance to these parties and when we must issue accounting documents upon the request of the user. 

The private and technical data collected by FLOREJA are protected against loss, impermissible use or change. The data base, in which the information of users, customers and visitors is stored, is protected against unauthorized access of outsiders. In pursuance of reducing risk factors, special encoding technologies are applicable and reserve copies of personal data are made.    

On your own initiative, the personal data can be updated, replaced or withdrawn at any time.

FLOREJA website may have links with other websites, but FLOREJA disclaims any responsibility for their content and terms and conditions of privacy.
