3 steps, when ordering items:

  • 1. Choose the desired item (items) from FLOREJA catalogue and put it into a CART or press BUY NOW;
  • 2. Enter the Contact, Billing & Delivery information;
  • 3. Make payment.

CATALOGUE

The assortment of the catalogue of items offered in Floreja internet shop includes only handmade works. In some cases, the items which you will receive may slightly differ in their facture from the ones shown in the catalogue. The sizes of the items are indicated approximately – the measurements can vary from 1 to 3 cm. All the products are handmade and unique, and it is impossible to repeat them identically. If the item is a unique one, there will be a note – A UNIQUE ITEM – written beside it.

INDIVIDUAL ORDER

On request of a purchaser, each item can be embellished, i.e. first name, surname, initials, national flag, company name, and similar can be engraved or poker-worked. If you wish for such a service, you should contact with us before confirming the order, and we will find the suitable solution.  Additional services are at extra cost.

If you fail to find the desired item in the FLOREJA catalogue, we are sure that, if you send us an email, we will be able to find an appropriate solution to the fulfilment of your wish. A purchaser may request anything related to handcrafted works of wood, clay or knitwear.  

CONTACT INFORMATION

Enter the exact contact Billing & Delivery information. All the items will be delivered to the indicated address. In the event that the delivery address is wrong, a courier will return the items to Floreja. In such cases, we will contact you and inform you about the returned parcel and, upon your repeated payment for delivery, the parcel will be sent again. In the event that you fail to transfer payment for repeated delivery to the new address within 10 business days, the order will be cancelled and the money paid for the item (items) will not be refunded.   

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All the buyer’s personal information is confidential and will not be transferred to any third parties. Refer to Privacy Policy for further information. 

TERMS

A purchase, subject to the size of the order or the item itself, will be sent immediately upon completion of the ordered items. The items can be produced (subject to the size and complexity of the order) within up to one month.  This is because all things are made manually and such works take more time in comparison to factory conditions. We kindly ask for your understanding. In the event that we fail to fulfil the order in time, we will contact you concerning roll-over, or, upon your request, we will refund the money paid.  Execution of each order starts only upon receiving of payment. The purchaser will be informed hereof by email.      

After the items are completed, you will receive an email with notice that the parcel has been sent.

In case of an individual order and depending on its complexity, the terms can be prolonged or changed, but all the conditions will be discussed with each customer personally.

RETURN OF ITEMS

  • All items can be returned within 14 days after their receiving date in the original packaging.
  • When returning the items, a Form of Return has to be filled in, enclosed in the package and sent along with the items.
  • The purchaser will pay for the item’s return expenditures.
  • It is recommended to insure the parcel when returning the items. In the event of disappearance of the item or damage of the parcel’s content, if the parcel has not been insured, the losses incurred by Floreja will be deducted from the amount returnable to the Purchaser.
  • We will return all money paid and recover all expenses of return, if this happens due to a fault of the Floreja shop.
  • When accepting the parcel, inspect immediately whether the package is not damaged or opened, whether the goods are not broken, lost or otherwise irretrievably damaged. In the event that you discover any damages, due to which the content of the parcel has been impaired, return the goods immediately. If you fail to do so, when accepting the parcel from the courier, all claims concerning broken, lost or otherwise damaged items will be rejected.
  • The items ordered in an individual custom order are non-refundable.
